WORK DOSS 2009 contest is intended for primary and secondary school teenagers who are guided by a teacher - mentor that plan and form an advertisment.

 

The advertiser of a work can be:

  • a learning firm (performed by secondary schools at the subject Practical Classes)
  • project about advertising (competition works that are connected in terms of contents and that belong to any project (e.g. organization of the event) or
  • a single advertiser (that registers a separate work)

 

The participant of the work in competition is the school and a teacher - mentor.

Every work can be applied by up to two mentors or three pupils.

The teacher can also be the author of a single work in competition.

 

There is no participation fee.

 

You can participate in two categories, in the market scene and/or social scene.

MARKET SCENE is intended for the promotion of the activities, products and services. Regarding the form of the advertisment you can apply your work in one of the competition group:

  • group TA: TV advertisements
  • group TB: printed advertisements and posters
  • group TC: other means of advertising (catalogues, annual reports, brochures, ...)
  • group TD: radio advertisements
  • group TE: on-line advertising

SOCIAL SCENE wants to draw everybody's attention to the social problems of the youth and it offers two subject headings:

1.) Subject heading is about personal growth for teenagers: Collaboration

2.) Subject heading is about broad social problems: How to prevent climate changes

Choose the first or the second subject heading and apply your work in the competition:

  • group DA: on-line advertising or
  • group DB: printed advertisements and posters


The project DOSS 2010 is funded by the Ministry of Education and Sport, Slovenia and by the European Social Fund.

 

CLOSING DATE

15th March 2010 - deadline for on-line application of the DOSS 2010 competition (the entry form will be activated in March on the website www.doss.si)

 

The 13th April 2010 at 12:00 - closing ceremony with awarding of prizes in the Kosovel cultural centre in Sežana, Slovenia
